This article presents a couple of typical customer requirement scenarios, with the corresponding Verba BoM (Bill of Material).

Typical Scenarios

You can ask your Verba partner or your Verba sales representative to create a quote for you. Just fill in a quote request and send it in email.

Scenario #1 - Call recording (with and without redundancy)

Customer requirements:

  • not decided whether customer will go with Cisco or Skype (Verba supports both)
  • always-on call recording for all internal and external phone calls of 40 users within the company
  • the sales team should be able to record calls when needed (120 users)
  • customer is going to have 600 users on the UC platform
  • customer is interested in perpetual license with 3 year support
  • installation and training services are needed
  • customer would like to see a redundant and a non-redundant alternative

  • training services are needed

  • block presence for external parties, except for a couple of partners (using federation)

  • customer has 150 users on the Skype for Business platform

  • customer is interested in perpetual license with 1 year support

  • installation and training services are needed
