Checking the recording functionality is highly recommended after every installation.In order to do that please do the following steps:
Step 1 - Verify that you configured the phone device properly for recording and/or configured the extensions in Verba
Extension list — Extensions are phone numbers or addresses configured with recording modes and user association (the basis of access control).
Step 2 - Verify that all settings are executed
Go to the System \ Servers menu. If there are unexecuted configuration tasks then a notification appears in a yellow banner.
Step 3 - Verify that all activated services are started
Go over the Verba components and check the services at the Service Control tab.
Step 4 - Make a test call
While there is an ongoing recorded conversation, a record should appear the Conversations \ Ongoing Conversations menu.
Step 5 - Try to playback the recorded call.
After the call was hung up, it can be playback in the Search menu.
